Refund and Returns Policy

Online Purchases

Orders placed on the website can be canceled and products returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Conditions

Refunds are granted only if the product is returned in new, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging.
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased on the website can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Pop-Up Purchases

Items purchased at pop-up stores can be returned within 48 hours from the date of purchase, subject to presenting a receipt.
Sale items purchased at pop-up stores can only be returned during the sale period and within 48 hours of purchase.

Exceptions

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for sample items.

Custom Orders

Products made to order cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.
In the event of a material defect, the customer may be entitled, at the discretion of the business and in accordance with the law, to repair, replacement, or a refund minus production costs.

Material Defect

A material defect is defined as a serious physical damage to the product during shipping, damage to the packaging that directly affects the product’s integrity, or a defect that prevents reasonable use of the product.
Minor color differences, natural variations in materials, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered material defects.
